These terms govern your use of medina-ritual.com (the "Site") and the bookings you make through us. By using the Site, you agree to them.

    About this site

    The Medina Ritual is operated by [legal entity — to be confirmed], with offices in [Marrakech address — to be confirmed], Morocco. We act as a curated marketplace, connecting guests with independent spa houses.

    We do not own the spas. Each house is a separate business that delivers your ritual under its own roof and rules.

    Bookings & the marketplace role

    When you book through us, you enter a contract directly with the house that delivers the service. We confirm slots, exchange messages, and handle any issues on your behalf — but the service itself is theirs.

    Prices, availability, and house-specific rules are set by the houses and may change. We update them as quickly as the houses inform us.

    Pricing & payments

    All prices on the Site are in Moroccan Dirham (MAD). Conversions to other currencies are estimates based on a daily rate and do not bind the house or us.

    Payment is taken at the house, in person, unless we explicitly say otherwise at the time of booking.

  4. 04

    Cancellations & no-shows

    Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booked slot are free. Within 24 hours, the house may charge up to 50% of the price. No-shows are non-refundable.

    If we need to cancel because the house is unavailable, we will offer you a free reschedule or, if you prefer, a full refund.

  5. 05

    Liability

    We do our best to vet the houses we list, but we are not liable for the conduct, premises, or services of any house. Your contract for the ritual itself is with that house.

    Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Moroccan consumer law.

  6. 06

    Governing law

    These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by friendly discussion will be brought before the courts of Marrakech.
