Booking

How do I book?
Browse our houses, pick a service, and tell us when you'd like to come. We confirm your slot directly with the house — usually within an hour during opening hours.

Can I book multiple houses in one trip?
Yes — the cart drawer lets you mix services from different houses. If you do, we'll confirm the time of each house with you so the slots line up. Note that transport between houses is not arranged or covered by us; plan a taxi or short walk between them.

How far in advance should I book?
For weekend afternoons, 24–48 hours is usually enough. For peak weeks (December, Easter, the long May weekends) plan 3–5 days ahead so we can hold the right room.
Payment

What currencies can I pay in?
Bookings are confirmed at the price in Moroccan Dirham (MAD). Most houses accept cash in any common currency at the end of the session; a few accept only MAD and EUR. We'll tell you which one applies before you confirm. Card payment is offered by most — but not all — houses.

Do you charge a deposit?
For most bookings, no. For groups of four or more, the house may ask for a small deposit (typically 30%) to hold the room, refundable on arrival.

Refunds and cancellations?
Cancellations 24+ hours before your slot are free. Within 24 hours, the house may keep up to 50% of the booking. No-shows are non-refundable. Tell us as soon as plans change — we can usually move your slot at no cost.
On the day

What should I bring?
You don't have to bring anything — we and the houses handle it all (robes, slippers, towels, kessa glove, products). Two recommendations: if you have specific products you'd rather use (a particular oil, shampoo, your own glove), bring them; and pack a clean change of clothes for after the hammam — you'll feel fresh and the ritual lingers a little longer.

How long does a session take?
It depends on the services you pick. A short hammam runs about an hour; a full ritual with massage and tea afterwards can stretch to three. We'll give you the exact length of your booking when we confirm.

Can I bring a partner or friend?
Yes. Some of our houses have private suites where a couple or two friends can share the ritual; others keep separate rooms by gender. Tell us your preference and we'll match you to the right house.

Is the experience appropriate for couples?
Some of our houses have private suites where a couple can share the ritual together; others run separate-gender rooms and don't host couples in the same space. Tell us at booking and we'll point you to a house that matches what you want. The dress code inside the suite is your choice — disposable underwear is provided if you prefer.

What about pregnancy or medical conditions?
Tell us at booking. Most houses offer modified rituals for pregnant guests (after the first trimester) and skip the steam-room for guests with cardiovascular conditions. Your concierge will check with the house.

Are tips expected?
Tips are never required. If you'd like to leave one, give whatever feels right — there's no expected amount or currency.
