What we collect, and why.

We collect the minimum needed to confirm and run your booking. Nothing else.

   Who we are

   The Medina Ritual is operated by [legal entity — to be confirmed]. We are the data controller for the personal data described below.

   Our registered office is in [Marrakech address — to be confirmed], Morocco. You can reach our concierge for any privacy question at the address at the bottom of this page.

   What we collect

   When you book: your name, email address, phone number, the services you've chosen, and the date and time of your visit. If you contact us by WhatsApp, we keep the message thread until your stay is finished.

   When you visit the Site: standard server logs (IP, browser, pages visited, time of visit). We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to remember your language and currency.

   Why we collect it

   To confirm your booking with the house, to message you about it, to handle cancellations and refunds, and to keep the Site working. We do not sell your data.

4. 04

   Sharing with the houses

   We share your name, phone number, and the services you chose with the house that will receive you. They use this to prepare your slot and contact you if needed.

   We do not share your email address with the house unless you ask us to.

5. 05

   Cookies

   We use one technical cookie to remember your language preference and one to remember your currency preference. Both expire after 12 months.

   We do not use advertising or analytics cookies that track you across sites.

6. 06

   Your rights

   Under Moroccan Law 09-08 (and EU GDPR if you are an EU resident), you have the right to access the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to its processing.

   To exercise any right, write to us at concierge@medina-ritual.com. We respond within 30 days.
